How many calories would a fried taco made with veggie crumbles instead of meat have?

Made with Morningstar farms skillet starter crumbles, a fried corn tortilla, cheese and lettuce. Any clue how many calories would be in each taco? How many calories would a fried taco made with veggie crumbles instead of meat have?
You will need to determine how many calories are in the amount of starter crumbles you used in each taco, how many calories are in your one corn tortilla, how much in the oil you fried the tortilla in, how much in the amount of cheese you used and how much in the lettuce you used.

Most of the Calorie books have things by a measurement - like 1/2 cup or 2 ounces. The back of your Morningstar Farms box should tell you how much "per serving" and compare what you actually used with their "per serving" measurement - add or subtract from there. Your corn tortilla package should also list how many calories are in one tortilla (or serving). You will also find the info on the wrapper for your cheese. For the lettuce you will need a measurement for that as well - like 1/2 cup.

Here's the information I know:

1 oz cheddar cheese has around 100 calories

1 corn tortilla 54 calories

Lettuce - 1 head 6" diameter has 70 calories

I don't have any information on the Morningstar Farms Skillet Starter Crumbles so you'll have to use the box for the information.

Hope that helps.
