Morningstar lol wow I love them esp. the Tomato Basil and Garden Burger lol .............. the ingredients are at the side of the box of each burger. The don't include any oils so i'M guessing it is not fried at all. The nuggets however are breaded and baked. They might fry them to ensure that they are properly cooked, but that would be done in vegetable oil; less fat if that's what you are woundering.Does anyone know if the pre-fab chicken and or soy nuggets (like Morningstar Farms) are deep fried?

don't think so..
but neither are they the healthiest (low-fat) thing to eat.. so meat analogues should be eaten in moderation!! LOL...
I'm not sure, but I've tried a few morningstar products and wasn't crazy about them. The breaded chicken patties were ok, but that could be b/c I used a dressing on them.
