it doesn't have to be fancy or anything. im looking to serve a plate lunch. i already have in mind to serve morningstar farms burgers (spicy black bean and pizza burger). so i have two patties. i also want a side salad on the side. but what else to accompany the patties? and what drink?
this is gonna be on a rainy (probably cold too) saturday morning and afternoon.
ps. for dessert, i wanna make my coconut macaroons so i got that covered.

I am a big fan of Vegan Mac and Cheese. It is easy to make from scratch and the tofu cheese makes it really nice and creamy. Also it is a comforting departure from the vegan standards.Romantic vegetarian lunch ideas?
