How Was My Eating Today... Honest Answers Please!?

I am a 17 year old girl, 5'4, looking to maintain my weight, but not lose any



breakfast -9am

-1 scrambled egg, glass of orange juice, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with margarine and jam



11am (after lifting)

carnation instant breakfast prepared with skim milk



2pm lunch

-morningstar farms veggie burger pattie with just ketchup

-side salad (spinch, mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, avocado, light dressing, and a spoonful each of cheese and almonds)

-8oz skim milk



Snack 4pm

apple

orange juice



Dinner 6:30pm

small bowl of a bertoli frozen dinner (it had chicken breast, pasta and chunks of tomato caovered in a marinara sauce

glass of water



And for snack later i will probably have a kashi granola bar and a glass of milk. I also drank water throughout the day



As for exercise, i went on a brisk 40min walk and lifted weights for a 1/2hr



Is my eating ok to maintain my weight? Is it too much or too little? Any suggestions?

i think you did great!

if i were you though, just to make things healthier, i would have either jam OR margarine on my toast. because you really dont taste the margarine when you have jam, so try skipping it next time!

other than that, your diet is really healthy and will definetely help you maintain your weight!
its good!you are getting balanced meals,with healthy snacks in between.also i noticed youre meals have grains,fruits,meat,veggies,and a small amount of fat,sugar and salt! keep it up :D

wait and see whether you lose or gain. Everyone's metabolism is different, so only YOU know if it is too much, too little, or just right. And I just sounded like goldilocks for a minute... lol
