1 Slice Tomato
2 Tbsp. Hummus (52 calories)
1 8 oz. cup of Skim milk
Snack
1 Container Low fat Peachy Organic Yogurt (Stonyfield Farm, 130 calories)
Supper
2 Veggie Cakes (”patties” by MorningStar Farms, 260 calories)
2 cup salad

I'm aware that there is no meat there, because I don't eat meat. However, I'v been very constipated lately. I bought some dried figs which i've been eating, but they arent working. so then I thought that I wasn't getting enough fat in my diet. So I now take 3 tbsp of mineral oil (the maximum amount) every night before bed. and nothing. why am I so constipated? It isn't fiber that's the problem...Constipation??????????????????…
Try exercising. You can run or swim or any cardio work out, but I'm not sure if weight lifting helps.Constipation??????????????????…
My girlfriend use to have constipation all the time.
And i hated it. Mainly because she complained all the time.
Then one of her friends told her about this. It seemed to help her.
