Are these foods healthy to eat or not.........?

Are the following foods healthy to eat or are they full of artificial flavorings and additives:

Celeste pizza, Stouffers macaroni %26amp; cheese, Pepperidge Farm goldish crackers, and Morningstar farms frozen foods? Are these foods healthy to eat or not.........?
Read the labels. Almost any food you buy that's processed has additives that you don't want or need, along with too much sodium. Occasionally eating them won't hurt you, but it should be done very rarely. It is not OK to eat them everyday or 3 times a week. The fat in these foods is bad fat not good fat. As I said, eating them sometimes is no problem but not as a steady habit.
i am not going to say they are healthy foods, but neither they are full of artificial flavorings and additivies. They are just food. Are these foods healthy to eat or not.........?
No, because they are all processed high cal foods with tons of sodium and little nutritional value.
basically anything frozen is... and also most of these foods contain ALOT of salt...Are these foods healthy to eat or not.........?
IDK much about that kind of stuff but Goldfish in't that healthy, but its not like donuts or anything. A really healthy cracker that is actually better (in my opinion) is Triscuits. They have 3 ingredients usually-salt, whole wheat, and soybean oil.
pretty much all store-bought pizza is bad, same with all storebought mac n cheese, crackers, and frozen foods.

You've really struck out here.

Even fresh, home-made mac n cheese and also pizza will give you too much artificial crap and additives and msgs unless you buy only hard cheeses (which don't melt very well) and unless you skip the sausage and pepperoni and other processed meats.
They don't really sound very good and natural, they sound like processed foods that are high in simple carbs, sodium, fat, and yes additives. So I would say that they are unhealthy.

I would say that they should be avoided.

It is junk-food disguised as being meals.

I would not even call it food.

Go natural and get real food that contains whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and the good natural types of fat.
None of those are healthy at all. And when you are talking about fats, these are BAD fats. You want GOOD fats in your diet (poly- and mono-unsaturated fats). That means avocados, olive oil, nuts... not this crap. It's veeerrry very different.

There is so much "science" in these foods. Don't eat them every day... I'd say treat yourself once or twice a week.
