I need to lose 30-40 pounds.
Today I ate:
Breakfast--none because I woke up really late (I usually always eat breakfast though)
Lunch--About 1/2 cup of salad with NO dressing
Snack--Light peach Yoplait yogurt
Dinner--haven't yet eaten it, but when I do, i plan on eating a Morningstar Farm veggie burger and a vegetable.
I am going to exercise for 1-2 hours per day (I will walk, run, and do aerobic).
Does this sound like a good plan to lose weight?
What could I do to improve it?
About how many calories do you think I ate today?

If you eat under 1200 calories you are starving yourself. You will only gain it back once you start eating normal. Plus arnt you hungry???? Thats not healthy at all to eat that little. Your body will just eat up the muscle and store the fat. Why not just exercise more? I didn't read anything about drinking water, that's vital no matter if you are loosing weight or not. Count your calories and just journal what you eat.Is this a good weight loss method?

if u do the dishes, and if you eat alot, you have to do the dishes alot, but if you dont eat alot, you dont have to do the dishes so often
