I broke my samsung alias screen used up insurance how to either fix the screen or replace the phone?

I broke my samsung alias lcd screen and I used up the insurance on my cell phone. This is the new one that i broke. anyways, where can i replace either the phone or the lcd screen? I have tried calling the verizon store but everytime i call i get a different answer.

or you could go to any phone repairing stores and they will most likely be able to fix it for you
