Samsung is coming out with a new mp3 player called Ice touch and my friend is saying they will get sued for copying the itouch's name..is this possible?Can samsung get sued for using the name Ice Touch for their new mp3 player?
Glad you asked - Samsung has a staff of lawyers and your friend does not. Anything is possible however using a word with an I before the word touch is not copying the name. Tell your friend that you heard Ice T was gonna sue Apple because he is the original I to the T.
