and i drank water and tea with everything. I know onion rings and fries are unhealthy but they were baked and they were reasonable portions. I know this was a lot but I'm really feeling a protein deficiency here.. would a small protein rich snack be okay?Should I eat a bit more?
I'm recovering from Anorexia also. You haven't had that many calories so you should eat another snack. People with Anorexia are unsure what a right size amount of proportions are. To you, it may seem you like ate enough, if not a lot, but to people without the disorder, it may seem like you didn't eat much at all. You should eat something else. Protein rich foods are a good option. If you want to talk about it, you can send me a message. It's good that you are getting help and trying to recover. It's a tough mental disorder but with support, it can get better.
