Do i have food poisoning?

I'm 13 and I woke up this morning at like 5am with a really upset stomach, I'm lactose intolerant and it kind of felt like when I eat dairy. So I thought maybe I had eaten something with milk and not even realized. I had diarrhea and I was in the bathroom for like an hour.. I felt better after that so I went and laid back down. And then I couldn't fall asleep because I was freezing! My window was open a little but it wasn't even that cold outside, I had two blankets on and I was still shivering. Anyways, I finally fell asleep and when I woke up I thought I felt better but then my stomach was hurting. I had mild food poisoning before and I kind of felt like this I never threw up though and I hope I don't this time.. I ate some vegan chicken nuggets from morningstar farms yesterday and it was the first time I had tried them. So maybe they upset my stomach? And right before I went to bed I ate a bag of gummy worms.. They were from the 99 cent store and my stomach kind of hurt right after I ate them. Other than that I didn't eat anything else unusual, that I don't normally eat. Do I just have like mild food poisoning again or is it something else? I feel a little bit better now but I'm afraid to eat because I don't want it to make me sick.. It's partly because I got sick this time last year and I was nausous for about two weeks and I couldn't eat anything without feeling sick. So now I'm always scared when I feel sick like this or something.. But what do you think is wrong?? Please help.. Thanks!Do i have food poisoning?

my house is one room, not including closet and bathroom and is 14 ft by 11 ft 3 in. My closet is full my bathroom is full, so i cant put anything in there, i have a dresser, couch, bed, cabinet, and paper organizer. It doesn't feel like a house at all. It feels like a trailer or cabin. ANY IDEAS????? PLEASE help I dont have much money, the paint is fine, and the bed spread is fine. Any Other Ideas. My budget is about 15-45 dollars, depending on what. I dont even have a fridge, just a small freezer, and pantry. Please Help? Thanks
