Weight Question for 15 year old.?

Ok, so i'm 5'6 140 pounds, and started weight watchers a couple days ago. I eat an average of 21 points a day, which is about 1000-1200 calories tops b/c everything i eat is extremely healthy. here is what i ate today



breakfast:

vita muffintop- 100 calories, 2 g fiber

1/2 grapefruit -? calories

lunch:

morningstar farms fake chicken patty on 7 whole grains bread(no condiments)

4 rye crackers- 100 calories

v8 vegetable juice-30 calories

snack:

4 rye crackers and another V8 vegetable juice

dinner- two vegetarian tacos with low fat black beans(no cheese)

a fistful of white rice and tomatoes

desert- south beach 100 calorie bar and cup of applesauce



does this sound like enough? because it only equals only around 1000 calories. i also do intense ballet 3 hours a week and have many rehearsals where i have to dance. i work out on the treadmill occasionally too. will i lose weight if i keep doing this? is my body going into starvation mode or something? b/c i'm not hungry at all. please answerWeight Question for 15 year old.?
Hello there!! Before i answer your bottom question i do want you to know that you are putting your body at risk of starvation mode when dipping under 1000 calories a day. And i am sure that you have heard this but that actual makes your gain weight because when your body does get food it takes it and doubles it and that is what makes your gain weight. So i am just warning you might want to make sure to eat 1200 calories a day and no lower.



Anyways a half of grapefruit is 50 calories to answer your first question. The morning star patty is about 270 and the berad was probably about 210 depending on the size of the bread. The tacos were probably about 300 hundred each because each toritalla is about 180 depending on size and flour or corn. And then the apple sauce is either 50 calories if it has no sugar and then if it does it is i think......... 80 or something like that just guessing. I wouldnt say that is enough but that is me and i am trying to gain weight. That is for sure more then 1000 calories so you didnt put your body into starvation mode today which is very good. Calorie counting can be very diseving. I would say eat more and keep your exsercising up and dont and i mean please dont drop down lower then 125 pounds.

ya i think so try to not eat sweets but one a week is not to bad i am a boy i am 5,10 and 160 and im 14 so but i am really skinnyWeight Question for 15 year old.?

and seem to be doing very well.



But, if you are hungry,

than do eat.

Just make a healthy choice. :]
