How do I put music on my Samsung Seek without internet?

I have a Samsung Seek from Sprint and I don't have internet on the phone, I need to know how to download music onto it and be able to use it as my ringer.How do I put music on my Samsung Seek without internet?
I don't have that kind of phone, but I would think it comes with a cable that you can connect your phone to your computer. If so, plug it in and try dragging/dropping music from your computer and onto the mass storage device (your phone). If not, not sure.How do I put music on my Samsung Seek without internet?

What i did was get this cord that goes to you phone %26amp;%26amp;

connects to your computer sorda like an iPod. i used

Windows media Player to sync music to my phone .

But I'm not sure how to make it as a ringer =(
