How do I convert itunes music so I can play it on my Samsung Juke phone?

Where are you supposed to get music for the Samsung Juke if it does not have V Cast? Can I use music I got for my iPod from itunes? If so, how do you make it so it is in the correct format? What about CD's?How do I convert itunes music so I can play it on my Samsung Juke phone?
