Morningstar Farms makes good meat substitutes that are vegetarian (but not vegan). They're not health foods but they ARE much healthier than their meat counterparts.



The corn dogs are really tasty and my husband and I love to have them a couple times a year as a special treat/comfort food :o)

They're completely vegetarian.
Meat free and delicious! I love them the sausage links and the patties, and also the chicken nuggets are to die for.

If you can read, you should read the ingredients. You will see that there are no flesh products, but there are egg whites and other nonvegan ingredients.
