Anyone know why the Morningstar Farms hot dogs got discontinued?

We went all over the place looking for them until someone told us they got discontinued last month. :( I can't find out why, or where else we could buy something like it. They were good!Anyone know why the Morningstar Farms hot dogs got discontinued?

When I looked through the questions at Morningstar, they stated in the answers, "We are experiencing a temporary out of stock situation with our Morningstar Farms庐 American Original Veggie Dogs庐, corn dogs, and mini corn dogs due to supply issues with our co-manufacturers that has delayed production. We apologize that you won't be able to enjoy one of your favorite products for the near future. As of this time, we do not have a specific start ship date for their return to your local stores." MorningStar now says they have no plans to reintroduce their hot dogs.

Anyone know why the Morningstar Farms hot dogs got discontinued?
I also hope this isn't true or they change their mind. They were by far the best meat-alternative hot dogs, in my opinion. I ate them all the time!

Our veggie dogs have been out of stock for several months due to supplier issues. Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure an appropriate facility to manufacture them. At this time, there are no plans to reintroduce these items.
