I know processed food is not good for your health, but how about frozen vegetarian and vegan food? food?

Example Morningstar Farms庐 Hickory BBQ RibletsI know processed food is not good for your health, but how about frozen vegetarian and vegan food? food?
No, those things are still highly processed and pretty much junk food. I mean, they're okay for something quick every now %26amp; then (for example, my sister keeps things like that in her freezer for times when I stop by %26amp; happen to wind up staying for a meal. She keeps some kind of "meat" thing and then a couple full frozen meal things.), but you shouldn't base your diet around them or anything. Home cooked food is always best. :) If you like bbq, you can make bbq tofu or seitan. It's really easy.
I would stay away from the fake meat products except occasionally; I'd say no more than once a week. They are processed, though they can be good sources of protein if eaten in moderation. If you want quick meals, I'd say frozen rice, veggies, edamame, etcetera, pita sandwiches are the best.I know processed food is not good for your health, but how about frozen vegetarian and vegan food? food?
morningstar farms etc is just junk food in fact sometimes those vegetarian entrees are BAD. one brand has 1250 mg sodium per serving, and 1 serving is actually 3 servings for real people.

frozen vegetables are terrific if they don't have heavy sauces on them. they are usually frozen at their peek (like the commercials say. heh heh)
Check out the sodium load on those bad boys. One riblet has 1/4 of your daily allowance

They are loaded with fats, chemicals have an extremely high caloric load. (one riblet is 220 calories, ehm empty calories is there is nothing of nutritional value in them)

They are not good for you.I know processed food is not good for your health, but how about frozen vegetarian and vegan food? food?
Such processed vegetarian/vegan food is not good for your health. Of course they contain the chemicals and other garbage from being artificially manufactured, but if vegans ate only healthy natural food (like organic fruits and vegetables) then they would be malnourished.

That's why I firmly believe the best option is to eat a balanced diet that includes meat.
