How can I get my samsung T9 recognized by the computer and samsung media studio?

I upgraded to the firmware 1.80 US(from samsung koria, not in US) on my Samsung YP-T9 MP3 player, but now the computer is not reconizing the T9 as it use to, when I plug it in now it says its a new hardware. And on SMS(samsung media studio) the portable tab is greyed out, so how can I get it to be reconized again and use SMS?How can I get my samsung T9 recognized by the computer and samsung media studio?
I have a samsung t9 too. I didn't have the same problem, but a similar with my old mp3 player. Anyways what you can try diong is if you are using a laptop, try plugging it in a desktop pc and see if that works. sometimes laptops don't recognize them right. or at least that's what samsung said. but if you are using a desktop or laptop or whatever, just try it in a 2nd computer.
