Simple white wine sauce recipe?

I'm looking to make a tasty sauce to put over chicken (actually morningstar farms veggie chicken) and I need a simple white wine sauce. I have the dry white wine and veggie broth but no cream if that is needed. (I do have skim milk)Simple white wine sauce recipe?
You don't need any cream at all. The skim milk will be perfect.

Cook in a sauce pan, some olive oil or butter and flour - both in equal parts. Cook for about 3 minutes. Then add your white wine, veggie broth, and a touch milk and allow to reduce a little bit. There's your sauce. The flour and the fat make a roux which is the thickening agent and therefore no need for cream.

By the way, I am a vegetarian and a big Morningstar Farms Chik patty fan. I like to make vegetarian chicken parmesan with these. Outstanding. I think I'm going to make them with the wine sauce I just told you about.Simple white wine sauce recipe?
Make a basic roux (equal parts of flour and butter, usually like 1 or 2 tablespoons of each). This is done by melting the butter in a sauce pan and mixing the flour in with it. Then slowly stir in two cups of milk (skim is fine) stirring constantly. Do not let the mixture boil. When it starts to thicken add a 1/4 cup of wine. Season with salt, pepper, or if you like Italian, some oregano. Also, I like to add a bit of parm cheese or mozzarella. EnjoySimple white wine sauce recipe?
